- HOW CAN I BUY PUPPI MOBILE PRODUCTS?

Puppi Móbile is a furniture industry and does not sell directly to the final consumer.
But you can find several Partner Shopkeepers throughout Brazil that carry out the resale and you can consult values with them.
In the " Where to Buy " section, you can consult the main retailers that carry out the resale near you.

- ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE?
- IS MY CRADLE CERTIFIED?
Puppi Móbile has been operating in the furniture sector for 29 years, always innovating with the latest technology. All products undergo a rigorous quality control, following ABNT safety standards and the cribs sold have INMETRO certification, ensuring the safety of your baby. Yes, Puppi Mobile is reliable and its products are safe!
Check the INMETRO seal on the inside of the headboard of your Cradle! Do not accept cribs without the security seal!
IS MY BED TURN INTO A MINI BED?
To be sure if your crib transforms into a mini bed, check the crib reference and check the specifications on the corresponding line.
Since 2017 all Puppi Mobile cribs transform into mini bed.

- HOW MANY DECK HEIGHTS CAN I USE?
Puppi Mobile Cradles have 3 stand positions available.
When the child is able to sit, the lowest position on the platform is the safest and should be maintained.
*Before the cradle is used in the lowest position, the devices used to support the base in the highest positions must be removed.
- UNTIL WHAT AGE CAN MY BABY USE THE COT?
Once the child is able to climb the crib, it can no longer be used by that child, to avoid risks to the child's safety.
Take the opportunity to transform the Crib into a Mini Bed!
- IN CASE OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The legal guarantee period is 03 months according to the Consumer Defense Code.
If you need technical assistance for your furniture, contact the Store that sold the product, they have all the necessary knowledge to solve your problem. And if necessary, they will contact the industry for proper problem solving or parts ordering.

- I LOST PARTS OR HARDWARE OF MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You should never assemble the furniture with missing parts.
Consult the store where you made the purchase on how to purchase the missing parts or contact the factory directly through the form on the Technical Assistance page
- HOW MANY MONTHS OR WEEKS SHOULD I SET UP THE BABY ROOM?
So that you, mom, can be calm for the baby's arrival, the ideal is that at 05 months (21 weeks) you have already ordered the furniture for the baby.
Some launch lines or special colors may not be available in your retailer's stock and may take 30 to 50 days for delivery.
The baby's room should be ready by about 7 months of gestation (25 or 26 weeks) so you can air the room well, clean surfaces and store all of the baby's stuff.
CARE OF FURNITURE
- GENERAL CARE
Keep the assembly sheets for any changes in the location of the furniture, or request your Manual again.
Check if the furniture is correctly assembled, adjusted and with the screws properly tightened, without any missing or loose components.
Do not drag objects on top of furniture to avoid scratches and damage.
Avoid direct sunlight on the furniture, as this can cause the product to turn yellow.
Avoid placing heat sources, such as electric or gas heaters, close to furniture, which could heat up and damage the product.
Avoid leaving wet towels and cloths on the furniture.
Products with wooden feet must not be dragged.
Do not use the crib if any part is broken or missing.
Do not use parts or components that are not original and suitable for the product, in case of doubt, please contact us.
Only use replacement parts approved by the manufacturer.
- BED CARE
Check if the furniture is correctly assembled, adjusted and with the screws properly tightened, without any missing or loose components.
Do not use the crib if any part is broken or missing.
Avoid placing heat sources near the crib, such as: electric or gas heaters, which could heat up and damage the product.
Products with wooden feet must not be dragged.
Never use more than one mattress in a crib.
When the child is able to sit, the lowest setting of the crib platform is the SAFEST and must be maintained.
To avoid the risk of falling when the child is able to climb the crib, it must be transformed into a mini bed for safe use.
- CARE WITH COMMODES
Read the instruction manual carefully before starting to assemble your dresser.
ATTENTION: international guidelines and INMETRO indicate the fixing of Dressers and Drawers on the wall to prevent the furniture from tipping over.
Following this recommendation, Puppi Mobile ships in the packaging of all its dressers (since August/2017), the Anti-Tumble Hardware Kit for fixing the dresser to the wall. Its use is recommended, ask the assembler to carry out this procedure when assembling your dresser, or carry out the fixation yourself when the baby starts to crawl.
Opening the four drawers simultaneously can cause the dresser to tip over if it is not properly fixed: use the anti-tip kit.
Opening the drawers must be done one at a time.
When the drawer is open, do not lean on it.
Adults and children should not use drawers and shelves as climbing support.

When the drawer is open, do not lean on it.
Adults and children should not use drawers and shelves as climbing support.
In wardrobes with a sliding door, do not slam the door when opening and closing to avoid wear and tear.
- CLEANING OF LACQUERED PRODUCTS
You can use:
Neutral soap, hydrated alcohol, multipurpose products, household remover (like turpentine) and bleach (bleach), always diluted with a little water.
Attention: always use products with a damp white cloth (colored cloths can loosen ink and stain the furniture).
Caution: When applied liquid soap, the product shows loss of shine. However, coffee, mustard and blue marker stains are only removable with liquid soap.
Caution: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, as this can cause the product to yellow.
- CLEANING OF "PET" COATED PRODUCTS
You can use: water, neutral soap, detergent, multipurpose products, water (among other products that do not contain solvent or tinner), dissolved in a little water.
Attention: always use cleaning products with a damp white cloth (colored cloths can loosen ink and stain the furniture).
- CLEANING OF PRODUCTS WITH PU TYPE FABRIC (textured leather)
Regularly use a white cotton cloth to remove all the dust. When necessary, use a damp cloth, then wipe dry. Movements should be longitudinal, not circular, not rubbing.
Attention: always use cleaning products with a damp white cloth (colored cloths can loosen ink and stain the furniture).
Common stains: to remove them, pass, without rubbing, a white cotton cloth slightly moistened in a solution of water and neutral soap (coconut). After cleaning, remove soap residue with a soft white cotton cloth slightly moistened with clean water.
Spilled liquids: Wipe up immediately with a soft cloth before absorption and staining. After these procedures, the affected areas can be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and mild soap (coconut)
Do not over-wet the leather, fabric and straw and protect them from exposure to sunlight and heat.
Avoid cleaning the products with colored cloths that could loosen the ink and damage the product.
Be careful with sharp and sharp objects, as they damage the product.
Do not use chemical products for cleaning, such as: alcohol, bleach, concentrated soaps, oils, vinegar, abrasive surfactants (such as detergents), solvents, benzene and ammonia, and do not use sponges.
